Halloween Decorated Cookies

I have never made cut out decorated sugar cookies before. I studied a couple of cookie blogs and tested two different cut out dough recipes. I think they turned out pretty good for my first try. I even got some really good feedback and someone even mentioned I should open a cookie shop!  Hum...you never know.
